I am regretful to that I must give this terrible company even one star just to post this review.
I have never had such a terrible experience with any online purchase. If you order with them, be prepared for rude and racist comments, unprofessional staff, and not receiving what you ordered. I ordered save-the-dates from them and was told to wait an extra week if I wanted all of my colors to be shipped out correctly. I said fine and waited the week, yet I still received an email stating, 'By the way, half of your envelopes will be white because we ran out of the other color.' No apology, no offer of a discount, nothing. Earlier, I had also had several terribly unpleasant phone calls with hostile staff as well, when simply confirming my order. If you want great service and to receive your order correctly and much more quickly, go to Invitations by Dawn. They also offer save-the-dates, but I went there for my invitations and they were friendly, professional, and I received my order correctly this time! |
